Terms & Conditions

Overview:

These Terms & Conditions form the basis of the agreement between Kapra Falconeri and our clients including wholesalers, retailers, resellers, and SMBs – covering all product categories.

Key Clauses:

• Order and Acceptance: Orders become binding only once confirmed by us.
• Pricing and Payment: Prices are as quoted; payment terms are agreed per account.
• Delivery & Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery; shipping costs and logistics will be confirmed prior to order.
• Intellectual Property: All IP rights (branding, product imagery, etc.) remain with Kapra
• Falconeri; no unauthorized use is allowed.
• Termination & Dispute Resolution: Either party may terminate with notice; disputes will first seek mediation.
• Applicable Law: UK laws govern our terms; this includes consumer protections like the Consumer Rights Act 2015, though most clients are businesses.
